Rhona Tasmia Rabbani has been a Human Resources professional for the past 16 years, preceded by experience in the development field. She lives in Hong Kong, and is currently the Managing Director of Talent & Learning for the Asia Pacific region of FedEx Express, the world's largest express transportation company. She started her career journey in Bangladesh and moved to Hong Kong 8 years ago with a regional job opportunity, working with a couple of British global brands before joining FedEx in 2017. She is passionate about learning, people development, and unlocking potential and strives to leverage her professional experience to contribute to the wider community. She graduated from Ithaca College in New York, USA, and completed an Executive MBA from North South University in Dhaka in 2009.
