The lab focuses on equipping students with practical, future-ready skills that align with local economic needs. Through a combination of digital literacy, creative problem-solving, and vocational training, RT Creative Lab empowers students to gain competencies that enable them to generate income early and avoid harmful alternatives like betting or drug dealing.
Designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, the lab uses a gender-inclusive approach, with a focus on a 40% male and 60% female student ratio. It provides a platform for students to explore their potential through real-world applications, ensuring they are ready to meet the demands of the evolving job market. By fostering entrepreneurship, digital skills, and vocational expertise, RT Creative Lab helps students become financially independent while continuing their education.
