Reflective Teens don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We take a collaborative approach, working hand-in-hand with schools to identify their specific needs and challenges. This might include a lack of learning resources, inadequate infrastructure, or limited access to technology. Through open communication and needs assessments, we gain a deep understanding of their unique context. Once we have a clear picture, our team of experts gets creative, designing and implementing innovative solutions that create a more positive and effective learning environment.

Drawing from our deep understanding of the school’s context, we develop innovative strategies to address their specific needs. These solutions are carefully crafted to create a more positive and effective learning environment, utilizing creativity and expertise to make a meaningful impact.

Our Recent Works

Classroom Sidewalk Game Project — Reflective Teens' Classroom Sidewalk Project transformed school corridors and entrances into vibrant, interactive spaces for kids to play and learn, addressing the scarcity of outdoor areas in urban settings. This low-cost initiative fosters social interaction, peer relationships, and enhances mental growth among children through engaging outdoor activities.

Let's Read Library — Let's Read is a free digital library brought to 20 schools in Dhaka and Chittagong by Reflective Teens & The Asia Foundation, that explore important topics such as gender equality, environment and climate action, diversity, understanding and empathy, and science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM).

RT Rejuvenate Bootcamp - The Rejuvenate Bootcamp offers a tailored virtual program for club leaders, focusing on enhancing coordination and operational efficiency. It offers a platform for individuals to showcase their artistry through singing, storytelling, comedy, poetry, acting, and more, promoting community engagement and self-expression.

Brainery provides a four-week after-school program catering to teenagers, imparting creative skills such as comic art, creative writing, photography, filmmaking, and programming. The program aims to nurture artistic talents and foster a diverse skill set in a dynamic learning environment.

Bridges Not Borders is a three-week virtual after-school program empowering young adults with creative skills to navigate today's challenges and foster global connectivity.
